All, I had a blotched implant in January 2017 and after reading all the positive post feel Dr. Kramer could fix with a revision. I sent him an email last Saturday with no response, is this typical? I want to have a revision as soon as I can to try to recover my loss size due to under sized cylinders and floppy head. I've read many post on how Kramer called patients back to discuss surgery and all I've got is crickets?
Any suggestions would be appreciated as I feel he would do his best to fix this disaster by a dr. Listed as a center of excellence by Coloplast.
If possible, my wife is more disappointed than me.

I sent a message to him a couple weeks ago and did not hear back until just a few days ago. He apologized for the delay, caused by a web site glitch.

Also, I paid out of pocket for my surgery as my insurance dosent cover. Do you think since I just had surgery in January I can avoid all the expense of another EKG, lung X-rays and blood work? If I do arrange with Dr. Kramer, I have the cost of flights, hotel, and another procedure fee. Damn, I need to hit the power ball this weekend.

The first time I contacted Kramer, I called his secretary Connie told her I was calling about a implant.I then asked if there's any way I could talk to the Dr.She said sure he will call . Twenty minutes later I was talking to him.

My fault, I've been taking up his time.
Actually he has a newer email address than on some sites. P.M. me and I will send you Connie's email address. He answers my emails every day from the day before. Some several times in the same day. Connie is also very responsive. Still waiting on the reply from Dr. Perito in 2015..................

I forgot to add this info. I am tired from trip for pre-surgical testing. I am a 10 a.m.to 1a.m. person usually and had to get up at 4. a.m to travel. Dr. Kramer has been having email troubles. Everything is going into his spam folder and he cannot check that till his gets home at night, then he has to sort through one by one and look for emails. I get more answers from him on Sunday nights when he is sorting the folder. Contact Connie.
