No, I didn't consider traction. I really wasn't very educated and my urologist said nothing about that. He only said, "You will love and inch, but the ladies don't mind." This is why I went elsewhere to get my surgery. Did not want to lose an inch.
62 years old. ED for years. High BP and meds have done me in. AMS 700 CX /3.0 cm RTE Implanted by Andrew Kramer on 10/12/16. Involved revision to relocate tubes and pump performed 12/29/16 by Dr. Knoll of Nashville, TN.

Length: the same if not just a bit longer.
Girth: wider
Appearance: Far better with the implant
Useability: A no-brainer. Much better from the differences in the photographs.
Looks like a home run all the way around. You made the right decision.
