They actually have 3 models but the various combinations including lengths make for a huge inventory. You over simplify the possible inventory with your refutation of my comment.

I apologize for minimizing your point,

Note that I intended to address only infkatable implants, not the rigid rid models or AMS's two-piece inflatable. Also, it is my understanding that the OTR is simply a valve variant, not a different model.

Having said all that, I concede that the maker's reps would need more than a suitcase of inventory - more like a couple of steamer trunks, so your point is well taken. That it conflicts with what some surgeons have told me is troubling. But I am starting to expect misinformation about implants and ED in general. That is a pity. If this were a heart valve, pacemaker or knee replacement, I wonder if information would be as hard to get? Am I being cynical?

In my discouragement spills over onto you, I apologize for that, too. You do not deserve any discouragement. Indeed, your journey is a lesson in perseverance for us all.

No apology needed. This $#it seems to be almost bizarre at times with the unknowns, possibilities, don't give damns, misinformation, varying surgeon skills and how our body takes it. Some days you wonder if results are like a day at a casino.

Has anyone had a revision and changed from the Titan to the AMX LGX, and if so which do you prefer after using both. I understand they each have different features, but I assume the best opinion would come from those who've had both implants.

I think the AMS is better for preserving length.

Dr. Kramer said that's what he was worried about with me and that's the kind he used.
Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 2/22/17. 18 cm AMS LGX with 2 cm RTE's (total 20cm).

Activated 3/11/17. Best decision I've ever made.

Thanks Richard, how is your recovery going? I think you had your surgery this Wednesday, right? How long before you can travel and go home? Was Kramer as good as advertised? Have you saw the video of your procedure yet. Hope you have a fast recovery and are pleased with your results.

Recovery is normal. Dr. Kramer is as good as advertised. I go home tomorrow. Still slight pain, but nothing unbearable. From what I hear, activating it is the most painful thing I have left to experience. I think I'll take some advil before that appointment.

I told him I didn't want to see the video but that he could make one and put it online if he wants.

Great to hear your healing quite fast. Activation isn't terrible as long as the scrotum has healed. Travel after only 3 days is remarkable. I just watched Kramer videos posted from this week and he said he did 7 implants on Wednesday. Have a safe trip home and report how the flight goes.
