Do you walk around with it completely deflated?

When you're not actively using it, is it pumped at all?
Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 2/22/17. 18 cm AMS LGX with 2 cm RTE's (total 20cm).

Activated 3/11/17. Best decision I've ever made.

Only for the past week (since my Titan failed)..... Normally I leave it 20-25% (a guess) inflated. Completely deflated it wants to "fall" to the left and kinda curl up. I think this is still a result of my first, botched implant. Partially inflated and with tight Fruit of the Loom jockeys, I can keep it fairly well dressed "up and to the right"..... and be more comfortable.

As fully deflated as possible. I always get a little backflow so I deflate it at least once every day - usually in the shower at night - to be comfortable, otherwise it's just a nuisance. I'd just as soon I didn't have it, but that ship sailed years ago.

Richard, I LOVE the totally deflated soft natural feel of my LGX. I do have issues with a left bend that hopefully Dr. Kramer can fix Wednesday. It gets MUCH worse when I wear underwear so I either go commando or put about 12 pumps in it to keep it straighter. 48 is average max hard for me. Some days more. So 12/48 is 25%. It is quite bendable to be comfortable in my briefs but stiff enough to not get that kink that takes 3 days to straighten out. Your experience may vary. Took me a year of trying different things to get to a comfort zone in differing scenarios. If you wear tight jeans vs. gym short or loose dress slacks for example. You will find things change over the next 2-3 months too till your body settles into whatever your normal will be as things heal. Best of luck to you. Cheers. You did it!

I almost always keep it fully deflated. But I very seldom reset the valve after deflating. That way most of any back flow is pushed back out by the under wear and cloths if they are tight and if loose it doesn't matter it wont show too much.
That is unless I want to show off a little

I keep mine fully deflated unless I gonna use it. (I have heard, though, that some guys keep it inflated a little because they say it looks better in the locker room.) ;)

If wearing a tucked in shirt, you could always give it a couple pumps to have more of a bulge to show off, if desired.

Extra pumps to show a bulge not necessary. My bulge is always there. No problem. 8-) 8-)
