Tri Mix served me well for a decade, but after my recurrence, 35 radiation treatments and 18 months of Lupron, I am using a whole syringe and its not good enough. I decided it was time to go with an implant. I own company making surgical implants, and I have watched a lot of surgery. The surgeon is by far the most important part of the equation. Thanks for the good wishes an encouragement. My Surgery is scheduled for a Wednesday. I have a 1 1/2 hour return flight scheduled for Friday mid day. Is that too optimistic? I have a high pain tolerance and would prefer to do my recovery at home.

That's where I am, nothing works well enough now so the decision becomes and no brainer.
