If you search many forums you will find reference to prostate toys. Many guys with ED do not use these toys because I think they feel it makes then gay. I highly recommend prostate toys if you wish to cum. I just injected a very small amount of quadmix 120\30\3\.15 --> only 5 units. I usually inject anywhere between 20 and 30 units. Using the nJOY steel prostate toy had no problem finishing in less than 10 mintues.

Many guys have asked me about trimix/quadmix issues. So I felt I give my expert experience (been injecting edex/trimix/quadmix for over 10 years.

1. More than once I have injected and had the needle not go in all the way or bend. This always results not the greatest boner and will leave a bump in your penis which does away after 3 days or so.
2. I have found that holding the syringe just above the needle helps get it to penetrate easier, all the way and not BEND. I use 1/2 inch 30 gauge.
3. 1/2 inch is the best size, do not go shorter.
3. Many guys mention how they are not getting hard enough and want to ask Uro to increase the formula. BUT, say you are injecting 80 units, which is very very large amount of units. The odds are you have exhausted injections and should consider implant. Increasing formula would only mean you would have to inject less units.
4. Injection site is extremely important. Many members talk about alternating sides 2-3-4 o'clock and 8-9-10 o'clock on other side --> that is excellent advice. Also, many agree closest to base gives then the best results - also good advice. The key for me and anyone else who has been injecting for many many years need to find another site. I have been circumcised so I have half inch patch of skin under the head/glans. I have injected on each side of this patch numerous times and get good results. If you inject lots and for many years and aging your penis will increase the amount of veins on your penis. So if you have lots veins that will reduce areas you can inject. One more thing, I have had 97% success with injecting and HAVE NEVER PULLED BLOOD OUT FIRST.
5. If you read a lot here about injections and listen to your doctors you will hear how freezing reduces strength, not recommended etc, etc. Like I said, I have been injecting over 10 years and ALWAYS put extra vials in the freezer. I keep some in there for months. I promise you I can use those vials and work fine. Recently I have been using a vial that I have had over 3 months and did freeze. It has worked perfect for me.

Certainly these should draw a discussion.

Interesting that removed forskin area under the glans also gives good results. However you seem to be saying BOTH the TOP and the BASE give very good results?? BTW I have found the base is no better than any other area.
Agree 100% on freezing! I keep frozen all the time and thaw for injecting only, putting back in freezer afterwards.I have retained potency for 9 months and still not done yet.

I agree 100% about the base but if you read all over many Discussion Boards its amazing how many mention try injecting closer to base. When injecting just think of a divided highway separated by a median. The highways are the two cavernous, so you want to inject there and not waste injection in the median.

Thanks for the informative post Lee. Lately the trimix is only getting me part way there. 35 units of 120/30/3 will get me semi hard, not hard enough for penetration. I called my doctor yesterday, and he wrote me a script for quadmix. Do you think this could make a difference. Going to try 50 units tonight with a ring. What do you think. I have accepted the fact that a implant might be in the near future.

Well quite a few guys have had success with quadmix after trimix fails. But some found no difference. So obviously it cannot hurt to try BUT if 50 units of quad does not work I feel next stop is inevitable.

Yeah Lee, I'll give quad a try then. Let's see how 50 units of trimix and two rings work out tonight.

I keep my trimix vial frozen. Thaw it about once a week to fill 3 or 4 syringes to get me through that week. The most recent vial lasted six months and went through 22 freeze/thaw cycles. No loss in potency.

My erection is far better at 20 units than at 60 units. The ring by itself gives a partial. Same for for Trimix.
