After I called Dr. Kramer's office this time finding they now took my insurance I had an appointment within a day even though we had no idea whether the insurance company would jerk me around again or not. None of that jerk you around for 6 office visits spaced 3 months apart crap like most other doctors did me. Send him a few pictures with a description and he knows exactly what you are talking about and does not treat you like an underling idiot either. Same experience I had with Dr. Eid consulting. No drama, no bullshit, no trying to make simple things look difficult. Man knows how to fix things and goes right to work. Cheers and hugs. Sorry you have have to deal with this shit too.
