Shortening of the penis by venous ligation?

Idk. I think HA is only temporary.

I had a silicone girth injection that I'm happy with.
Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 2/22/17. 18 cm AMS LGX with 2 cm RTE's (total 20cm).

Activated 3/11/17. Best decision I've ever made.

Is there any problem with silicone for the implant? What did Kramer tell you?

And how is your evolution with the implant? Are you happy?
Hope everything goes well guy

He got around it easily during the surgery.

I'm at 15 days out. My pump is still stuck to the inside of my scrotum. It doesn't seem to have changed very much since the implant. I'm hoping it comes loose and I can activate on 3/22.

Radiese ( Hyaureaic Acid) is temporary. It does not migrate and do damage to other organs like silicone injections are claimed to do. I had Radiese injections in my vocal chords 4 times. They were supposed to last 18 months to 2 years but my body would absorb it in 2 weeks time. If my dick did that it would be a waste of $1000 an injection. Bad enough when ppl say they have to get the injection in their dick every year. Up side, it is supposed to feel more natural than silicone. Dr. Eid advised against gortex, silicone or Radiese in my glans. He says it causes issues.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

Not overly confidant if it will work, but figure I got nothing to lose if it doesn't.

Didn't know you could loss size, but as I'm already implanted not sure if my penis can retract.
Also guessing its only going to be the dorsal vein done, as its only the head I need hard as the implant takes care of the rest.

I give an up date in my implant log in a couple of weeks

Been a bit lapse in updating it, but there's not much more to report at the moment.

Are you going to have a ligature after an implant? I had no idea that that was possible. Did you have problems with the implant ?. I hope the operation was a success!

Hi raf23,

They worked around the implant and Didn't touch it.
Spoke to a member of the surgical team and said they did a complete ligation on all the veins.

Think I was in for about an hour, no pain or discomfort.
Not sure if that's good or bad sign.

There is swelling, and I think the scare going to be about three inches.
But haven't removed the bandage to look yet.

It's four weeks recovery before I can use it for sex or masturbation.
Two weeks for cycling the implant.

When I woke I had that feeling of arousal, blood flow in the penis, but glans still soft.

Way two early to call it a bust, need to let swelling go down and give it the four weeks.
But not got my hopes up it's going to work, as don't want to be to disappointed.

Hey redbull i hope you are fine
Sure that after ligation your glans will be fuller
Did they cut any vein or only tie them?

Hi I need to ask that question, just said they worked on them.
Not sure what different results those two options achieve.

I'm thinking I still need blood flow into the glans to engore them and in future they come up with an artificial valve for the penis blood flow.

Should have ask, that if this works, will the glans always be fuller as they not at the moment.

The problem is, I'm not looking for fuller glans, I want a proper engorged glans for sex.

I understand, when i said fuller glans i meant engorged glans
If this process doesnt work as you want, I would advice you to try the ligature in the superficial dorsal vein too. That vein drains directly the blood flow of the glans.
Too there are others veins which affect the glans, near to cs and maybe the internal pudendals veins which could be embolized
