Hi guys. If experiencing ED with my first serious relationship in my mid 20s wasn't enough, I have also had serious permanent side effects from Viagra/Cialis/Levitra (inner ear damage - initial hearing loss, now permanent tinnitus). I'm now in my mid-30s and using intracavernosal Alprostadil injections, usually about 50mcg 2-3 times per week. I'm now concerned after one year I may be developing a slight upward curvature of the penis when fully erect.
Here are links to two of my initial posts on this subject:

I'd be interested in knowing if anyone else has had any serious side effects from either ED meds or intracavernosal injections.
34 y/o, ED since first relationship

I have ED and tinnitus also. Although my tinnitus was caused by a hearing accident caused by someone else, it's the reason I won't touch Viagra. There are days when it is just torture and if I made it a lot worse I'd want to kill myself.
I can't tell you much about the injection side effects, but I can tell you with confidence that Viagra can cause permanent hearing loss and tinnitus. It won't for everyone, but it has the potential. I'm not exactly sure why, but I think it may mess with the delicate blood flow in your inner ear.

Mid 30's. I have had ED for years after a couple of injuries. Suspected venous leak.

My penis started to curve from injections. I now have an implant and am happy.
