so thanks for all the input. i do have a frio pouch that i have used in automobile travel. i assume you are carrying the Frio in carry-on?

I have carried on the Frio pouch several times with no problems. Not even a second look.
Suffered with ED for most of my life. Viagra then to Trimix then implanted 3/8/2018 with AMX 700 CX 21cm with 1cm RTE. 50 years old Urolift procedure performed 30 day prior to my implant surgery.

Last May me and my wife went to Germany. I thought of the same thing if the TSA was going to say or do anything about my syringes. They wen't through the x-ray and then the guy called me over. I said, I know what your going to ask me about, the syringes. He said no, it was for something else that I can't remember now. Lol!
Nothing ever said about them. However, you can also get a travel letter from your doctor if needed. I had one in my pouch just in case.
