Yes, I was already leaning that way, because I am already pretty thick, and I have lost a lot of length through battling prostate cancer. I was 6 3/4 before surgery, 6 inches after, Then I had 35 radiation treatments and Lupron HDT. and lost another 1/2 inch. Starting to look like a fire plug lol. The Titan seems to be better for girth with the chance of some length after heavy pumping. The AMS probably won't increase my girth, maybe even lose some, but it has a much better chance of getting some length back over time. Also I would prefer a softer flaccid penis.

My head was there when Dr. Kramer asked me what I wanted. I asked him what he thought and he said he would go with the AMS 700 LGX. At that point it was a no brainer for me.

Day 4: I got a good nights sleep in my own bed. I iced all day yesterday and awoke to significantly less swelling. My stitches are healing nicely. I have a lot of bruising everywhere, but that is normal for my fair skinned body lol.

I was able to feel just the edge of my pump. It appears to be behind my testicals for now. I can feel the cylinder tips about 3/4 of the way up in my glans. The partial inflation now has a little flexibility as the swelling is decreased.

Day 5: I got up several times to pee last night. When I got up this morning 80% of the swelling was go. I'm guessing that I got rid of a lot of held water. I had some annoying sharp pains from my scrotal area, and I took Tylenol. I feel really good about the progress.

I texted with Dr. Kramer today and asked him why my video says 20 CM with 2CM RTE's and the stickers for the OR list 1 CM RTE;s. He said the he put in the 1CM's and though he could get more so switched to the 2CM's. The had already put the 1CM stickers on my card so left them there. Good news for me

Dr. Kramer is the most accessible physician I have ever known. He is easier to get ahold of than my partner in my medical implant business lol

I probably overdid it today. I had an appointment with my CPA to do my taxes had to climb stairs, then he was out with pneumonia, and his calendar was the only one that had me on it ugh! By the time I got home I was glad he wasn't there. Swelling had returned and the pain I had in the morning was more intense. Two more Tylenol and put in a good movie. Stayed down the rest of the day.

One more for today. As the evening wore on it became clear that the new pain I am feeling is from the pump moving in my scrotum when I get up or move in a way that relocates it or bottoms it out. When im sitting or lying still no pain whatsoever. Obviously, my body is going to have to get used to having a new player in town

Day 6: Got up to pee this morning. Big time pain where the pump is in my scrotum. Took two Tylenol. Swelling continues to subside. I sent photo's to Dr. Kramer. He replied immediately and says I look great and likely ahead of the curve. Just knowing that helps me feel better. I'm going to stay down for another day.

I also asked if I could take Advil now and he said sure so trying that this afternoon.

I stayed down today as planned. a nurse practitioner friend suggested that I take Advil and Tylenol both every 6 hours but alternating. SO, every three hours I'm taking one or the other. She explained that Ibuprofen (Advil) is processed by the Kidneys and Acetaminophen by the liver so they can work together. I added the Advil this afternoon and it made a big difference. The only place I have any significant pain is where the pump meets the scrotum, but it really gets my attention when I get up from lying down. Much better with the combination without the issues of opioids.

Got to work a little tomorrow so we'll see how it goes.

What do you mean by "bottoms it out"?

Bottoming out as in the bottom of my scrotum. When i'm lying down the pump can move up toward my penis. when I stand up gravity and motion drop it into its position at the bottom of the sack, and that area is so sensitive right now it really smarts. The combination of tylenol and advil has really helped. Not much pain tonight.
