My misunderstanding of your post is too funny.
A 20 cm implant lengthening 4 cm is indeed a 20% lengthening.
a 5 cm implant lengthening only the 1 cm you mention is a 20% lengthening
I did not think AMS offered a 5 cm implant.

Now, I get it. What you (and AMS, through you) are saying is that a 20cm implant may lengthen 1 to 4 cm, representing 5% to 20% lengthening.

I wonder about the lengthening being used by surgeons who habitually undersize the implant and count on the lengthening to prevent the "SST" or "floppy head" syndrome.

I also wonder if the lengthening is between flaccid to erect or erect shortly after surgery to erect after a year or two. Or a combination of both.

I doubt this is the case at all ... "floppy head" is rare and is attributed to poor surgical skills. You can't go by the guys here that complain about certain issues ... because guys with no issues, don't show up here.

Well it usually depends on how aggressive (pumping) you are right after surgery. Many guys talk a good game but rarely follow thru.

Pumping an hour at a time twice a day is sometimes just not practical (work, etc.) Some guys just lose interest when they don't see "instant" results ... it takes 6 months pumping daily to get max results. It's just like working out at the gym ... results take time and effort.
