Just wondering how weak is my trimix prescription. I have tried it twice, got a erection but no where near strong enough for penetration, erection hardly lasted more than 30 minutes. Had better luck with caverject but still not strong enough for penetration. Have a call into my doctor waiting for a call back on Monday. I have shot 40 units with no go.
My script is: Papaverine 22.5/Phen0.83/PGE-1 8.33
Any comments would be appreciated.

Re: Trimix formula
I found using a constriction ring is necessary for me. I use the Hardwear Industrial.

Re: Trimix formula
It looks like your prescription is very mild, even weaker than average starting dose. I would say increase the dosages of all three.
ED many years, failed PDE5i, on Trimix but recently needing large increasing strengths and doses
Re: Trimix formula
I had a starter prescription like that. Didn't work for me either. Since you have it you might as well use it, though. If 40 units isn't working for you inject more. I suggest in moving up to units of 10 until you get to 100 units. In the early going before I got stronger scripts I was injecting up to 120 units
With a script that weak you probably have zero risk of a prolonged erection, so injecting more of the Trimix is a good idea to try. I eventually learned that my uro had very little experience with injections, so she started me on the weakest formula. I still see her, but now my script is much, much stronger. You may have to down that same path. Ideally you want a really firm erection for 60-90 minutes. As you become more experienced you'll learn how much to inject to stay hard for say, 30-45 minutes, or for 90 minutes to 2 hours.
It can all be very frustrating at first but hang in there! It may take a few months before get everything all dialed in.

I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.
Re: Trimix formula
Finally received my Trimix, 30-20-20. Gave myself a test injection of .10 got a erection, but not strong enough for penetration, will try .15 next time to see how that works.
Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

You originally indicated *8.3PGE* 40 units. I assume the new rx is *20 PGE* (2.5X stonger), but you used 4XLESS (10 units)...so you're really using LESS (PGE)!! Go with at least 25 units next time.
