I agree and I ran some numbers through my head relating to you calculations last night and when some of the other info is also considered I think you have a good base to work from. I have wondered for 2 years what is such a propitiatory secret with these companies that more info is not available? I called B/S last year trying to find out pump volume.

The amount of saline required is simply the area inside of your two cylinders pumped to their maximum length and girth. This assumes that your surgeon closed you with a full pump bulb and a full reservoir. based upon the wall thickness of the cylinders, they hold a lot less fluid than your natural cavernosa. I would bet that most all installations have more than enough saline to fill the cylinders as much as is possible with even the most aggressive pumping.
