I was alway underendowed, getting through puberty with a little boy dick, shriveled up to maybe an inch of shaft plus the glans. Erection were 5 inches stretched.
Robotic prostatectomy3/1/2017, and the inch of shaft disappears without a good tug.
Per doctor's orders I've been pumping pretty much every day am
No taking 5mg Cialis daily. Will start trimix in mid May for rehab and to get erections for sex.
From everything I read hear, I'm headed for an implant, and actually eager to get it. A concern though is the prospect of even more shortening. If there's much more, I'll end up with a vagina.
Can a penis after RP ever be too small for an implant?
Any experiences or thoughts would be appreciated.
Bob

Why don't you start on traction right away? you really have nothing to loose, to go on a combination therapy of VED (for size) plus traction and all the medications for ED. You might gain a bit to be honest.. search for "penimaster pro" or "x4 extender "

As a child I was as short as you, and never really outgrew it I was a "grower." I have not so far been privileged to have an RP for further shortening, however.
I had a Coloplast Titan installed in February, and I have recovered every single bit of length I ever had. It even seems to be longer, but that must be mental, because it can't be physiological. I can't personally speak for the AMS products, but I can say this Titan is a monster.

Being "about a six-incher" before RP and waiting 2.5 years afterwards to get a (first) implant, my dick "atrophied" (I believe) over that period of time. One botched implant (get a top surgeon!!!) and a revision later, I was somewhere around 5.5" (measuring "generously). With the failure of that Coloplast Titan after a little less than 3 years and another revision 6 weeks ago I am currently about 4.5".....
My "little hard dick" shows me a LOT of fun......a "four inch stiffie" is way way way better than the "two inch noodle" I was left with after RP..
I wish my dick was bigger. However, I am 66 years old and can fuck! A "professional friend" texted me the other day....'Funny, I was talking to the girls about you today. How you handled 5 girls all at once'...........(I didn't make this up)....
Go for it man!!!! Good Luck!!!

Hi Bob, I am exactly the same as you. I have been overweight my entire life and have this fat pad that most of my penile shaft is in and the head sticks out. I just had an implant and it was 19 cm which the dr. says will work out to roughly a 5" penis... I can't wait. They were suppose to do liposuction on the fat pad but the plastics guy kept saying "less is more" and I need to wait until I am healed to see the final results. I trust these doctors very much so I am optimistic. I used the trimix and it hurt like hell and has to be kept in the fridge so you are injecting cold fluid into your penis and it's suppose to give you an erection??? Yeah, right... It did but it just wasn't worth it. It's also very expensive. I think you could get an implant no problem and be happy with the outcome.

The same thing happened to mine. I am convinced that the small amount I lost was due to the atrophy rather than the implant (especially since it was inserted by an excellent urologist).

Starting Tri-mix ASAP. Have the meds, my "learn how to stick your dick" appointment isn't until May 18. Trying to get that sooner.
I can just about get to 5" while pumping, but as soon as the vacuum is gone, so is my little friend.
