Day 19:

Hematoma almost 100% healed. Just one little bruised spot. From day one my penis tilted a little bit to the left. I realized in the shower this morning that when I hold it straight I can feel a little crinkling in the right cylinder. I know that Dr. Kramer gave me the maximum possible sizing. I am guessing that the right cylinder has not seated all the way down in the crus and things will likely straighten out when I can cycle all the way regularly. Anyway now it just waiting till a week from thursday.

I have had the same "crinkling" on all my 3 implants. During the first 2, it was so prominent that the flaccid penis was pointing about 45-50 degrees to the left, and I was horrified since my pre op hanging and erect angle was perfectly straight!

I will not even talk about the first surgery; it was a mess due to the surgeon. On the second one, I had the same issue, but the flaccid was corrected within a couple of months, and erect was just straight as an arrow, just way short and many other issues.

On this one, I have the crinkle, but I know it will get corrected with cycling. Think of it as a braking in new shoes. However, I have to be clear: the point in the shaft where it bends down, you will always have a small amount of folding.

I have talked to many surgeons and implantees (both AMS and Coloplast) before getting the surgery, and all on them have the same thing. It is more pronounced on Titans due to its construction properties (single wall unit) than the AMS units. Actually, if you go to Dr. Eid's website where he has the photo library, you can see them clearly. I think in general they are called "dog-ears".

I will start cycling later this week, so in few weeks I should be able to speak more about how this unit is behaving on that aspect.

Day 20:

Well totally healed now, no real soreness anywhere. I got in the tub last night. It is going to be hard to leave this thing alone till next Thursday, but that is the plan. At this point, I believe I am much better served to have Dr. Kramer get me properly activated.

I am feeling better every day. Pretty much back to normal

Day 21:

Hurry Thursday, I can't wait to get this thing activated. FWIW, and for those who haven't passed this way I will admit to thinking "duh I can't believe those guys can't get this thing activated themselves". When you have the pump in your hand, its all obvious. When its in your scrotum, its like trying to operated your car radio through a thin layer of sponge topped with leather. Since I gave myself a hematoma on my second try, I will leave it to Dr. Kramer this time lol.

I am getting more and more accustomed to this thing and everyday it feels better.

Good analogy, shooter! Latter on, when you master it, it will literally be like assembling a gun with your eyes closed.

Happy Easter to all of you. Nothing really to report today. Headed to dinner with the grandchildren. The only lingering issues are a little soreness remaining in my pad, and an where the reservoir is planted. 4 more days to A day
