I mean that if someone can reverse their condition of soft glans and could have full glans again?

Hello,
Just to clarify. Do you think it is due to undersized cylinders, or due to insufficient blood flow to the glans?
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.

Ever since I got the foreskin off of it years ago, my glans has been wide, full and solid. The Titan implant has had no effect on that one way or the other. That causes me to suspect that the many complaints of glans problems have to be due to poor surgical technique with the implants. The problem could be insufficient cylinder length, or some circulatory obstruction. Don't forget, the original erectile tissue went about 2/3 of the way into the glans, and the replacement cylinders have to do the same to bring about a properly sized and functioning penis.

Short answer is, I didn't cure soft glans because I never had it. Dr. Caesar was very careful about cylinder length, and he caused no problems.

Several years ago in a prostate cancer support group a urologist in his lecture mentioned that the glans swelling up is a completely different system than the penis (shaft) becoming erect. After surgery that caused E.D., some men -- he said -- will have the glans-swelling function return and some will not (and for some men, it will take time before that function returns if it does). In my case, it has returned ("morning wood-ettes" and when aroused), for which I am very grateful.

After pumping, the head of my dick is firm but spongy, My wife is older now and loves that velvety dick. No complaints. Since my implant, when aroused or stimulated, I get a significant response. This never happened as my ED got worse and my dick was dead.

I don't have an implant but have soft glans since 3 years ago more or less. It has never improved.
