Can the implants become a mood killer?

I am very young
I worry that if I fiddle pump in my scrotum for erection, young girl may think it is abnormal
and ,,,,,it may cause turn off

can i keep my implant secret??
ed since high school graduation, 25 years old now

(You could also do this in the bathroom -- door closed -- and then come out fully inflated and make her gasp!) ;)

You can't keep it secret long term, but you don't have to make a big production of inflating. Eventually you'll probably be able to inflate one-handed, and you could always excuse yourself for a minute and inflate in private. There is no shame in having an implant in any case - if a woman is repulsed by it,it's her problem and she's likely not right for you anyway.

This is the reality of having an implant. You will be able to get and keep more women with an implant than with a limp dick.
