I am 7 weeks and get stabbing pains in my shaft and my perineal area all the time. Actually the only pain issue I have out of the whole thing but sometime the stabs stay on quite regular. I have found sitting on a pillow helps. One of the pickups has big barkalounger seats I call them but I still need a pillow for a drive to town in it. Pumping about 9 pumps into this thing after deflate to get some wrinkles out helps sometimes or forcing it to lay down my right leg when it wants to bend left all the time help. I cannot adjust it in public though. Some days I swear, I have considered tying some elastic to it to keep it pulled right.

I tried that a few days ago and didn't help at all, I'll try it again.

What size ibuprofen? OTC 200mg pills are small. If you're gonna try, maximum dose is 800mg 3x a day.

My sweet spot: 800mg every 6 hours, as needed, during the first 2 weeks. No oxy, no ice after day 3 since I have been told repeatedly, and also read that icing after day 3 is more for comfort, and it has not long term anti inflation effect. Also, be careful of not leaving it more than 15 minutes; you can get frostbites, which will bring your another set of critical problems!

Ali, during my first surgery, I experienced the same rather strong sharp pains. Also the front and RTEs pain can last few months, specially if you have been undersized since you never experienced the full force of the cylinders at both ends. But as you body gets adjusted to them, and you find the sweet spot of how much pumping is enough, it will disappear Also, some of the pain can be the plaque getting broken, which for you should be a good sign. Remember that the cylinders are always forcing to be straight, so that could explain some of the sharp pains.

Regarding the pumping to smooth out the cylinders, I think it is OK to keep it 15-20% inflated. Specially if you have a Titan, since they tend to create painful "dog ears" at the flexing point of the shaft.

I had my LGX 700 implanted April 12 by Dr Andrew Kramer in Baltimore. I hd a lot of pain up until yesterday, now i am fine with 2 200mg advils, as well as warm showers. Keep the area aired, get a medical jockstrap (one size up) for support and you will be fine. I can almost guarantee that by this time tomorrow, your pain would have subsided.

All the best

You're healing really well then! Nice! I went commando today and it felt great, I stopped the tighties that the doctor recommended, had a little pain today, mostly in scrotum, but I only took 1 dose total of my hydrocodene...

800mg of ibuprofen seems to be working for me... no codenes since yesterday morning...

One thing I'm noticing now is my swelling is gone but scrotum is tight. My doc told me to play with the pump, not pumping but just roll it around with my fingers to get used to it. My issue is that I cant really grab it or get to it, I feel it there just not grabable if that makes sense?

Yes it makes sense. It takes a while for things to settle down there. Has your surgeon cleared you to take warm baths ?
