Penises in general

Postby Sirsarcastic » Thu Apr 27, 2017 2:55 pm

I have a question that applies to penises in general. Does the sensation from your penis come mostly from the glans or from the shaft being expanded? I noticed that I had very different sensations each and every time I masturbate. It's so strange? Does this apply to you? Do you feel like sensation varies from erection to erection? You can even compare preimplant to pre Ed or post implant however.

Sensation is largely in the glans and the mucosa, but the most sensitive places are the corona and the sulcus. This is why when a circumcision is done, it is very important to leave as much mucosa as possible, and remove as much of the ordinary skin behind that as possible. Many men will also tell you the frenulum is extremely sensitive, but I think that is overrated. It isn't the actual frenulum, but rather the parts of the sulcus right next to the frenulum.
