He!p sitting comfort needed

I'm 9 days post surgery. My scrotum is sore and if I sit upright it hurts. Any recommendations as to what to put under the twins to help cushion them.
RP surgery resulting in ed. Penile implant 4\19\17 by Dr. Kramer. 21cm. +2cm. rte.

My nuts were huge and very heavy and not too happy about the new neighbor. Check out my blogs. Lots of valuable and humorous info. I sat a lot and cushioned my nuts with a pillow. Even when sleeping nude. 'Hang' in there. It will get better. Lots better. 8-)
