Spontaneity

Those wonderful morning erections

Being woken up by your lover stimulating your erection in your sleep

A natural erection generally points higher than an implan erection and may stimulate her G-spot better

"Hinge effect" a non-issue.

Compactness when fkaccid

Ease of deployment for urination

Scrotal comfort

Different men will have different degrees of the above. Of course, one will make one's own value judgement about "worth" of various attributes.

Lost Sheep got mostly everything very well covered!!! Clearly, he has done his homework and has been able to get a good understanding of the mechanics of having one implanted. Not an easy task...

- But some of us still maintain a good level of the sensation of the "morning woods". It was an unexpected and maybe weird situation at first, but it feels SO good!

- There is no doubt that the flaccid should be bigger than the original after the surgery, but if you are implanted with a correct sized AMS unit, it is almost a non-issue after several months. It is just like a flaccid penis distended at warm or hot temperatures.

- Exactly the same goes with the scrotal comfort and size; as healing progresses, your body gets used to it if it is placed correctly. On the other hand, a high placed pump like I used to have after my second surgery, will unable your to pump at the maximum, will tether your cylinders so they cannot fully extend to their maximum capabilities, and difficult the whole pumping process.

However, the basic question you should ask yourself must be: why do you want to have a natural penis if it is non-reliable or non-working, if you can have a plumbing & hydraulic work performed so that stress is out of your sexual life equation? I mean, I know it is an extremely difficult decision to make. I took the step last year when I was 51, and the pieces of the mental puzzle started to fall in place when I was able to ask myself that question, and when I truthfully answer it without hesitation.

regarding sensitivity:
1) sex feels as awesome as ever being in a warm moist pussy (ie, no decreased sensations there)
2) the undersurface of my penis feels somewhat numb (just the undersurface), and if I have had an orgasm within 12 hours, I will require longer and more vigourous thrusting to have an orgasm. After a while, I will come if "I try to" (might take 4 minutes of fast vigorous thrusting). Overall, I think this is good, since before surgery I had a huge premature ejaculation problem.
3) If I have not come for three days ,then I will come fairly quickly (maybe too quickly) despite the undersurface numbness

So, in summary, the undersurface penile numbness has been great for premature ejaculation; yet, the glorious sensation of being in a warm wet pussy remains just as glorious as ever (maybe better).

Finally, the length of orgasm and the intensity of orgasm is better after implant for me.

(63 yo, Titan 22cm implant Feb 2017 by Dr Eid) I'm super pleased with my length/girth/implant performance. See my story at "The road to becoming a bionic male: Answers ..."

This sounds great. I'm going to schedule an appointment with Dr Eid on Monday and discuss. Hopefully he will be able to fit me in asap and fix my dick so that I can get my girth back. I have lost 30% of my girth in a couple of months because of an injury. The "swell body" on the left side is dead. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'm not a lost cause.
