Concealing the bulge after implant

Postby Gordon » Fri Apr 28, 2017 11:38 pm

Since deflated state is still stiff, I am sporting a noticeable bulge with especially dress pants which I wear every day at work. Any suggestions on how to handle it? Or should I just get used to the occasional attention.

I had that problem as well before I became the King of Deflation :D If you have an AMS, you can deflate it until you can't notice it, especially if you deflate it & wring out the excess fluid a couple of times lying down. You can also wear a jock strap over your underwear & that will completely smooth out any bulge. I'm coming up on five months since the procedure and the deflation/bulge issue has become far less of a problem with time.

I think this has two components: a physical and a psychological.

Each person will go through a period of trial and error in terms of underwear, type of pants, and/or combination of both. Also, as time passes, you will feel more comfortable with certain levels of "constriction" as you get used to your new equipment. At the beginning your genitalia is way more sensitive to pressure; that changes as healing advances.

Even though I was a grower (no more I am even with an AMS), I always needed to be conscientious about the type of pants I wore for work since due to my job I needed to be "exposed", and I used to do a lot of presentations to sizable crowds.

Now my wife is my helper; we both are being sensitive about it, but she is much more than me. So, I just need to remind her of my pre-surgery bulge reality, and ask her to help me to judge the current situation based on that fact.

I hope this helps.

My costume at Disney keeps me well covered, however, if anyone notices my 5.5. bulge, I have no problem sharing about my implant should the question arise.

I am only about 2 1/5 months since surgery. AMS LGX but still can't seem to get it totally deflated. Jock straps are to constricting and causes soreness. I guess I need to just get used to the bulge when ever I go out. I am experimenting with different undewear though but just haven't found the most comfortable at this time.

I do have the AMS model that accommodates the most amount of saline, and if I want to squeeze it to an extreme, I can accomplish it. First, squeeze the full shaft at once until you cannot extract more liquid. Then squeeze it using your thumb and index fingers with one stoke from below the glans tips pushing toward the base.

It leaves me with a funny "thing", but in a couple of minutes, whatever saline that is left at the crus will migrate and redistribute, leaving you the most compact, yet tubular shaft. I only do it when it is completely necessary.

Rick,
With your implant, what are you packing. I'm 5.5 and found Banggood to have the pouch underwear I like. They're cheap but oh so comfortable (nylon) holds you well but shows off that bigger dick. As far as deflating, my AMS CX auto drains. All I do is give my dick a nice squeeze and push the head toward my crotch. Never a problem.

Any chance you could link to the exact underwear? Starting to worry about all those little things.

Look on the web for Banggood. Its' in China. Order the largest size. I love the feel and cool look of the black net.

Guys like me who were "growers" before the implant and who might think that having a 5.5" bulge when soft doesn't look normal should remember that many a "show-er" has 5.5" (or whatever) when soft. It is a completely normal variation of The Penis.
