Most of us when implanted will have a larger flaccid penis due to the mechanics of the implant. My soft penis was much smaller and shorter than it is now. I will always have a larger penis. It is my new normal and not a problem for me at all. I have dreamed of having a bigger dick. Now I do.

Very funny. Some of us have had a bit more to eat than others. Do any of you have suggestions for BRIEFS with a proper pouch to keep my nuts out from between my legs, and a waistline of about 50"?

The good thing about this design is that it provides comfortable scrotal support without feeling strangled, and you can open the front part and leave the shaft loose as needed, when needed.

Being only 62 and having always worn fairly tight "skinny" jeans I have found it challenging trying to get comfy.
I have found my glans is very sensitive [cut] and at about week 4 (now week 11) I started wrapping my glans with some of that stretchy fabric tape that adheres to itself without adhesive glue on it. Basically creating a foreskin I guess..... I don't have a thing about foreskins but it has made it more comfortable in my briefs .
Like most others on here I am about 6" deflated and a tad under 7" inflated
and don't seem to have lost very much at all. Doc Love here in Australia told me it will increase in girth and length as the months roll by.
My beautiful Miss H absolutely adores her new plaything as she is multi orgasmic and really appreciates the extended (no pun intended) time she can spend entertaining herself. Me? I just go along for the ride.

Yes, I know, lose weight. Talk is cheap. I've been on a diet for 50 years, and have gained about 120 Lbs. on it.

So question for you Titan's... I am considering an Implant this year. When I have (a rare occurrence) a full erection, I am 6.5" long and 5 3/4" girth. So with a Titan (assuming Dr. EID uses one) what do you think my flaccid length / girth will be?.. from reading these posts it sounds like length does not change much.
So does that mean flaccid my penis will be 6" long? I think I will miss my small package.. haha.

But sounds like everyone gets used to it. Different underwear, maybe different swim suite. No speedo..!! haha

Before my implant, I was definitely a grower. Depending on weather my dick was sometimes 3X3. After implant, I am a show er and a grower. My new dick is 5.5X4.5 and grows to 7.5X 5 .with my stretching routine. Give it a try. Let me know how it goes. Longer and thicker, I hope. As far as concealing my new improved impressive bigger dick. I don't. If I had known the implant would result in a larger penis. I would have said, "let's do it now!"

Dave ET1. Check out John Seivers and Agacio maximum pouch underwear. It's the only brief I can wear due to the same situation as yours. There are a lot of other brands under the unnerving style of "enhancing underwear" but some are better than others. Make sure it is labeled "Anatomax" or some other maximum pouch spec.

Sounds like the AMS flaccid size is not that bad...
But what about those Titans... I have seen two pictures posted so far of flaccid Titans...
Both of those pictures look bigger and fatter than my erect dick.
I am 6.5" long and 5 3/4" girth. If I go Titan, sounds like I am 6" and 5" flaccid or somewhere around there?

Is that manageable?...
Can a Titan be wrung out.. all the saline pushed out so that it shrinks down?
Can it be folded... rolled up... smashed... haha.. just saying...

I am leaning towards a Titan with Dr. Eid, but am concerned about my new friend living in my pants...
Need to tame the beast...
