A Titan is by design thicker than an AMS. A dick is a dick. I love my natural looking 6 inch AMS. Others prefer the Coloplast. It's a matter of choice. They both work great!

Question: I am 6.5" long and 5 3/4" girth. If I go Titan, sounds like I am 6" and 5" flaccid or somewhere around there? ANSWER: at 6.5 inches, you have a big dick, so you need a titan.

QUESTION: "Is that manageable?..." ANSWER: on one of Dr Eid surgery videos, he states "no man has ever come back to him asking for a reduction." Your question regarding if a large 6 inch flacid is unmanageable is a little like asking Warren Buffett if his tax bill is unmanagable. We should all have such a problem !

QUESTION: Can a Titan be wrung out.. all the saline pushed out so that it shrinks down? ANSWER: some men can, but for me, it is like the pictures that you have referenced
