So your using traction with an Implant?... I thought that was a no no...
I did traction before with good results, and will start up again pre-op to get maximum length prior to my Dr. measurements.
So your saying.... with a 6" girth an AMS will still work fine?
And yes, AMS nicer flacid state...

Treetop, I am getting a Titan implanted on June 1, and I'm also nervous about the large flaccid state with my work clothes on. Not that worried though, I could always buy tight underwear if it's a big issue.
36 years old. Coloplast Titan OTR implanted on 6/1/2017 infrapubically. 20 cm cylinders (no rear tip extenders) with a 125 ml reservoir. So far so good!

I am lost.
If an AMS can get as hard as my current natural erection, and.. if an AMS can give me my current girth (5 3/4 " ) then I am going for an AMS.
Otherwise it will be a Titan. And I will just learn how to manage the beast!!! hahaha. Hate the thought of those krinkles though.... hahaha. Guess I live partially pumped....

My AMS will allow me to hang a Shirt with a hanger on it without a problem. Would want anything harder. This picture shows my very first inflate from sometime in May 2016. Pumped now as I type and just as hard as that day.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

A few years ago I talked with a friend in a local prostate cancer support group about his new implant. He was concerned about whether or not it looked "normal" (meaning flaccid rather than a chub) in the locker room. We went to the locker room at my local gym to go swimming, and I took a quick glance at his penis. Outside afterwards I told him that it looked completely "normal" (flaccid but larger than the original shortie he told me about, that's for sure!). He was a happy guy.

I guess I'm blessed. I show (from 3" to 6" flaccid.
