Hi all, just began doing all the reading and watching videos on implants. Waiting for my schedule. This is my first question of many I'm sure.
After getting the Ok from your doctor that you are good to go for sex., did you find that you inflated more often standing, sitting or laying down? Which was more comfortable?

I like to inflate in bed as part of foreplay but standing up is probably better.

Dr. Kramer suggested being upright as the pump will be able to be brought down some if needed. I stand, left hand on side of left leg, to keep pump from moving much and pump with right. I feel for the bulb and start. To release, I feel for pump again and once located, I move my thumb up toward the release button until I can feel the bump (button) and then with my left hand grasp my penis and squeeze while pressing the release. It helps move the fluid back to storage. Sometime you can feel a vibration and hear the fluid returning.
I have been inflating almost once a day now and for the first year it was twice a day as one of the guys here do so for two years and recovered past size. I have found the longer I pump and leave up, the longer I can. Up to over an hour now and no problem.
After being in a hot tub it is very easy to find bulb or release.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.
