If I hold the button as hard as I can possibly push it in and squeeze my shaft at the same time I can deflate that thing till it looks like a wadded piece of christmas wrapping that has been run over by a cement truck! It does take a minute to deflate like that. Not as fast as the AMS deflate was and again like the old implant, it deflates much better laying down.

Alibaba,
If you deflate your titan that far.... wadded paper....
Does that cause pain or discomfort.....
Can you go about your day with it like that??

If I deflate it till it is full of bends, cups and crinkles, I can take it for a while but at some point they get uncomfortable enough that I pump some fluid back in to ease things. People keep telling me by 6 months I won't notice any more. Certainly hope so. I am only 9 weeks post surgery.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.

you don't notice what?

I was wondering if a Titan can be deflated to the point of krinkling up and if that causes pain after a while.
Sounds like it needs to remain pumped enough so there are none to be comfortable.
but then, it is also large enough to be very noticeable by onlookers.. or is that not correct...

Question regarding how hard is the erection.....

Titans... Seems like you all say you get hard as a rock, or steel rod, pound nails, etc.

AMS.... You say you get hard, but soft on the outside.

In comparison if you can, as to how hard you are not compared to your natural erection?

I am sure the Titan is harder than a natural erection... But is am AMX as hard or harder than a natural erection?
That is my question.

I am hoping someone can give a good estimate.
Thanks.

I can attest that the AMSs have given me the ability to have erections very close to my natural ones... and very close flaccid penis as my natural one. I do not know if I will outlive mine (I am 52 now), but I may evaluate a Titan if the current flaws it has have been taken care of at that time.

In a medical setting, I was able to observe two people who had Titans implant. One was in ecstasy since he always wanted to be a shower, and finally he was one. Plus, he was not married at that time, so he wanted to be the one with the unique penis that the ladies will prefer him over others (his words, not mine).

The other was OK with it, but he mentioned to me that he was facing so many challenges (clothing, etc, etc, etc...), which he confidently told me that he was not made aware of them by the surgeon before the implant. He was enjoying it, but he said that if he was in need to replace it in the future, he will seriously evaluate moving to AMS.
54 years old, happily married for 30 years to a beautiful & outstanding lady. Onset ED at 49. Finally fixed on 11/08/2017 by the master Dr. Eid with a Titan XL 26, no RTEs! Previously had 3 AMS implants (LGX & CX), all botched.

What I meant was it's not uncomfortable. It feels just like my flaccid dick used to. I don't think about it because it feels completely normal.

Good info... Thank you.
So much to think about.....

But Kramer gives a choice, and I assume him professional opinion after the exam.

With Dr. EID it's all Titan... I think...

Dr Eid gives you a choice as he explains the pros and cons of each when you sit down with him preop. His preference is titan but was offered both.... There is other variables in deciding an implant as well...
Severe Degenerative Disc Disease L5-S1
Major Depression
Chronic pain patient and Meds
Titan OTR 20 cm placed 4/12/17 per Dr Eid.

yes, Eid has an elaborate display model in his office so that you can pump up and compare the two devices. It was clear to me that he uses both rather frequently, since his staff was careful to "look up in the chart" if I was getting an AMS or a coloplast when they were reaching to give me the keychain simulator (so I could practice learning how to pump and deflate preoperatively).

There is that saying "hard and thick let's the penis do the trick." Although I am not female, and maybe I shouldn't care too much whether "it does the trick", I was stubbornly partial to the Titan -- openly recognizing the deflation issues (which some do not have) along with the Krinkles (which all have).

That being said, one of the keys to happiness and peace of mind is to "be happy with what you have". Those with AMS have a super great implant. Those with Titan have a super great implant. It might become obvious to you and your surgeon which model is best for you based on the findings of your office visit exam. I came armed with some serious questions when I met with Eid -- he is very opened minded and matter of fact and will do what is best for you given your anatomy, age, health and social situation.

(63 yo, Titan 22cm implant Feb 2017 by Dr Eid) I'm super pleased with my length/girth/implant performance. See my story at "The road to becoming a bionic male: Answers ..."
