Perhaps I should have said, psychological. I knew I had a problem, so it was becoming more and more true. A self-fulfilling prophesy? I could get a slight chubby with no help or with 20mg Cialis, but needed Trimix to really get it up. In other words, I had fairly advanced ED. Trimix is expensive, so only used it for real sex. When doing it with Rosie Palm, I didn't use it.

Before my implant, I literally, 'rubbed one out' (massaged to orgasm). Now my implant keeps me stiff enough I don't even have to pump up. So fine.
