Man... Are you serious about this? Like... Have you done any research at all before? Like, what's next? Asking if you can get an erection after being implanted? Or if to put the implant in you need to be operated?

Holy sheet, I thought asking a question was research. I read a couple of post of guys saying that they couldn't. I didn't know that they had had prostate surgery. You must have woken up on the wrong side of bed.

I personally have not had an easy time reaching orgasm without being stimulated to being hard by a natural erection (say if I have a flaccid it isn't exactly easy to reach orgasm). I think it's reasonable to ask if having an implant decreases sensitivity and if so the ability to orgasm. Some guys might have a tough time pre-implant so adding another layer of less sensitivity could be a big deal perhaps? I don't know but I think it's good to really understand

Thanks. I thought it was a reasonable question myself.

PE or premature ejaculation. Trigger happy. Shooting too soon. Blowing your load before your partner is ready. I no longer have PE since my implant.
