i have a titan, I think that girth is better then before surgery (I had ED from venous leak), length is also maybe slightly better. I am happy with girth and length (recognizing that you "have what you have" before surgery, and implants do nothing to help length, maybe something to help girth). Of course, it is capable of going as hard as a broom stick, and the girth is somewhat like a toilet paper roll.

I have a Titan. Girth is a good 33 - 50% greater, and insanely hard. Length is smaller because of my radical prostatectomy. The implant itself did not reduce the length but it did not increase it either. (Come on Technology!!!)

5 years with your Titan nice. Any comment on the flaccid krinkles? Or just managing a large flaccid penis?
Or maybe you don't even think about it anymore...

Has anyone posted a picture of the "flaccid krinkles" of the Titan? Some of the descriptions were graphic but I still can't imagine what that looks like.

Neither does mine. At least none that can be seen. Look in my thread 'My Journal' for pictures. I show my dick frequently in gym dressing rooms etc. It looks completely normal. If it looked like an accordion I would get it replaced. Who wants to look like a freak?
And there are hundreds of pictures of flaccid Titan dicks available. I haven't seen any one looking like a crinkled freak.

If I thoroughly feel alongside the shaft of my dick when it is deflated I can feel that the cylinders are not completely smooth as when inflated. But again, nothing can be seen.

Dr implanted Titan 20cm. he said that i had a lot of fibrosis of corpora, he doesn’t know why, I’m only 33yr old. and he said that he had a huge problem with dilating. What interest me is, of this 20cm that implant is, how much is going to be inside the body, how much of those 20cm is going to actually be length of my penis?

1/3 -2/3 is the usual guess, but every man is different. If you want a measure rather than a wild guess, you can (when inflated and after all your post-op swelling is gone) measure it for yourself.

Find the tips of the implant in your glans and measure how much further is to the tip of your penis.

Measure from the tip of your penis to the (compressed) fat pad covering your pubic bone just above your penis' base.

Subtract the one from the second and that is the length out front. The rest is inside you.

I am no medical expert, but was a professional surveyor.
