The pump in my scrotum has not added to my length...cause a titan grows very little. But using a VED pump may have helped me regain that extra length. It stretches out my penis with a vacuum...stretching the internal scar tissue which softens with time...allowing the extra, though unsupported length.

Sorry I meant vacuum pump. I should look into one of those. Do you use your VED when you are inflated or deflated?

I do both.....sometimes start out uninflated and then 15 min later I may inflate it. Pump 20-30 min. With an implant, do not use too high a vacuum in the VED. Both sex and masturbation feel better to me after pumping. Gives the glans maximum inflation and makes it more sensitive. At least that is my experience.

Next I will provide some documentation of erections. I have regained some lost length but only 6 inches of my penis are supported by my implant....which is too small. I am around 8 inches in length now.

Though the implant still isn't what it should be, things look pretty huge and healthy in these pics!
Out of curiosity, (at this point) how much of the "floppy glans" effect has been reduced right after pumping?

I wish to point out that, with a Coloplast Titan, the inflatable implant cylinders are made of a plastic that is quite stiff. Consequently the flaccid state does not shrink back much, and the stiff plastic causes the penis to stick out like a semierection. SEE THE FIRST FLACCID PIC ABOVE. This causes an obvious bulge in the pants that is impossible for me to hide. And this can also be very noticible in the gym locker room....even under a towel. I am always afraid men will think I have a boner.

I have a question for you implnted guys that involves the sex on demand issue; does "T" level determine the succes and satisfaction you, the male, or is it the sensation the females has and its effect on your pleasure? I think, if I was implanted, that my ability to orgasm would be limited even though the intimacy might be enough. This will be my concern as I go through all the procedures and different methods as I eperience the ED issue and mine is severe. Ron

Testosterone level definitely affects your libido and desire for sex....and how many times in a day you may want it. And if you are deficient in testosterone, it affects the level of sensation and satisfaction with sex. But the implant makes it possible for you to satisfy your mate, even if you don't need to for yourself. And that is a part of love....doing for someone what they need....not expecting anything in return. So you are better off with an implant than without it (if it is done right). But T levels definitely affect the quality of the experience for you.
