Can An Implant Swing?

Does anyone else have experience in this? I posted this first under a different topic but am requesting it here for more exposure.

I assume most guys here are married and only have their wives to please, and of course a wife generally knows all what you've been through, (cancer, diabetes, etc) and are very sympathetic and understanding. But single guys and swingers like my wife and I, have multiple sex partners, most of whom we probably don't want to share this with. So I am very interested to hear if there are other single guys or swingers where your sex partners don't know that you have an implant.

May I ask; are you able to conceal the fact that you have an implant? Do they not feel your balls? Or are they not able to tell even if they do? How does that work? And when do you sneak in the opportunity to pump yourself up?

I'm currently using Trimix injections but am now starting to lose erection size. An inch in length so far. I'm not able to VED it up to the previous size anymore. So I'm thinking very seriously about an implant.

I'm single and no woman has noticed my implant. They LOVE the HARDNESS, the GIRTH/WIDTH, and my ability to go as long as they can take. Had my balls played with last weekend and the lady didn't notice my implant. Just kept telling me how big my balls were. Unless you knew what to look for, you won't think of an implant. I don't have small testicles or a small sac which helps too I suppose.

I pre pump enough so it looks like a chubby. I pump more either while eating them or I have this technique where I rub my head with my left and pump with my right. It looks like I am massaging to get hard. As long as you take control you will find the best time to pump enough for penetration. Then you pump up more during sex etc.

My situation is a bit different: the tube from the reservoir to the bulb is clearly visible to anyone (will try to post a picture); also, the bulb looks like a middle testicle (clearly visible); worse however is the fact that people comment on how thin/short my penis is (compared to before the implant) and why is the head so floppy/difficult to insert? So you see, results vary from individual to individual.

Choose your doctor wisely and then hope for the best.......................

When I first got implanted, I would say that you need to tell your potential partner so that they don't get freaked out by the 3rd testicle, and the solid rock of nu-bendable penis you're about to jam in there. Now, after my revision, I don't think it would be possible to tell unless you already knew or suspected an implant and wanted to check it out.

So as you see, results are varied. I've been on both sides of the fence.

My wife didn't mention the pump, but she did ask why it was now so skinny, and why flat, not round like before..............

Just wanted to thank everyone who replied to this. Very helpful. I met with a Dr, and have a follow up in a month. I haven't made a final decision, as you'll see in a new post. But inching along as I collected valuable data. Also my wife and I had a very good swinging experience recently, (using Trimix). But I'm beginning to feel sorry for my swing partner with my decreasing size, at least when her husband is significantly bigger. Oh well, just have make it up with technique and stamina (I usually go 3 hours).
