Hello Tallboy,
I am planning to make a HD video with instructions but it'll take a while.
In the mean time, a couple of tips i can give you, after 10-11 years of use (keep in mind, these are just pointers and ofc things will vary between users):
* You should always pull your foreskin back, if you have any. The two reasons for that are that one you should never inject in the glans and two having the glans exposed allows you to properly position your penis (see later points)
* You should keep your penis straight, in therms of circular motion around it's "core" or lenght ax. Meaning, it should not be twisted around.
* I have found that injecting closer to the glans has better results, compared to closer to the base.
* Keep the needle at a 90 degrees angle to the shaft, pointing at it's center.
* Always change side for each injection, left and right as well relative distance from the base to the glans. This allows to avoid scar tissue that might form during the years.
* A technique that i just recently discovered and it seems to work very well so far, it sounds complicated but it's actually very simple - Hold the penis in one hand between your fingers and pull it slightly towards it's tip and then gently squeeze it vertically, meaning squeezing at the "back" and "belly", not "left" and "right". What this does is flatten slightly the corpus carvenosa, effectively giving them more surface if you then inject perpendicularly from the left or right.
* Lastly, if you, like me, are afraid of needles, know that the stress can cause additional problems with the medication, it can block completely healthy people so... If you can try to have your partner do the injection for you. If you trust him/her, it will go smoother and you'll be at an easier mind.
P.S. It's perfectly normal for the medication not to work every time, as you can see from my own thread i started here a couple of days ago. It's quite unpleasant and a "turn down", but there's nothing you can do about it really, other than try again later...
40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.
