High Guys, I'm trying to find out if any of you have been keeping track of steps you used to find the right dose of Trimix. I'm starting Trimix next week and i want to seek out experience here on the forum. My ED issue is that I can get hard while standing but laying down kills it (??). Or I can achieve enough hardness for intercourse but it softens quite quickly. Viagra does not help. Cialis does work sometimes. But not long lasting. I've been reading posts for days and there great. But I'm looking for a how to guide. If I can get enough info I can post the results in a spreadsheet or something. So if you would be so kind, could you share how you found the right dose of Trimix? I know its different for everyone, but the method you used could be very helpful. ED is so debilitating.

Welcome to FrankTalk hopeing4it where you will find lots of guys that are either going through, or have been through, the same or similar situations you may be facing now.
Trimix is some great stuff but it requires some experimenting to get it dialed in to your specific needs. The ideal situation is to use the smallest dose to get the required results. Therefore, I would recommend starting with maybe 5 units and see what happens. You can increase it by 5 units each time until you get a 9 – 10 erection that lasts long enough to achieve the results you are looking for. You would probably want to go solo with your first few doses so you can get the practice of injecting and finding the right amount of the dose.
Just keep a record of each injection so you can refer back and see if you need to adjust up or down. Hopefully your Uro will school you on how to inject as it is critical to the success with Trimix. There are lots of good videos available here and in other places to show you how to inject and I suggest you try to view as many as possible.
You are going to be amazed at the results with Trimix as it is so reliable and you will have erections like never before. Good luck and keep us informed with your results.

Re: Titration Logs
Every week I fill 3 or 4 syringes and log the dosage. (Currently I'm showing 20 units per dose.) I always put the same number of units in those 3-4 syringes each week. However, over the 3+ years I've been using trimix my dosage amount has crept up from about 8 or 9 units to around 20. (I think a lot of other guys have had that experience with a need for gradually increasing the dosage.
I do not log the actual injection dates. For me, week to week is sufficient.
I also include in the chronology each time I take delivery on a new vial. Likewise, I log each purchase of syringes or alcohol swabs. This makes it possible for me to accurately compute cost-per-dose. (I'm still well under $2.)
My log sheet has gotten more precise over the years. For example, at first I wasn't logging the dosage amount — just the number of injections.
I think this is worth doing. It will give you a much better picture of how trimix is working for you.
