Has anyone had inflammation before implant?

I seem to go back and forth between the chronic and active phase of peyronies and I was wondering if anyone has gotten the implant with inflammation before getting it. Will the implant stop it?

I didn't have inflammation, but I did have a thrombosed blood vessel near the head. It was hard and sticking out almost around the whole circumference of my shaft. I was a little concerned with this, but it didn't seem to bother my doctor. I got it from injecting quadmix a few weeks prior. But that seems to have gone away.
