Venous leakage?

Hello to all-new guy here.
I get a useable erection with .5mg of trimix, but it goes away when I lie down. What to do? Is this venous leakage?

yes i would agree. i have the same issue and tested for minor venous leakage......try standing upright a little longer after inj. maybe use a ring(i dont like them). dont stay on your back very long.

I don't like them either, but have ordered an adjustable one to try out.

Any thoughts on why it only happens when I lie down?

at least for me, my arterial flow is not quite up to normal either. so when i lie down gravity takes hold and pulls blood faster than ingoing blood. thats my thoughts anyway.

what is your actual script? you said you use .5mg of trimix. not sure what that means.

Prostaglandin G1 20mcg/ml Paperverine 30mg/ml Phentolamine 1mg/ml
Comes in 3ml vial. Using .5 in a 1ml syringe.
I'm sure you can tell that I'm new to injections.
Tried Caverject first .5 ml injected by Uro. Lots of pain-enough to put a damper on the moment. Lesser doses didn't give viable erections.
With trimix, I get a 90-95 % erection within 5-10 minutes while standing , but it deteriorates when I go prone.

ok so you are injecting .5ml which converts to 50units......thats on the upside of most men. your script has a higher than normal prosraglandin, AKA alprostidil, AKA PGE1.. the others are pretty common.
my script is 30 mg paper, 4 mg phen, 5mcg PGE1, injecting 20units. i tried a higher dosage of pge1, 10 mcg but had too much pain even using 10units. my uro dropped it to 2.5, but then back up to 5. i will be asking her to increase to 7.5mcg on my next visit since the pain has very much subsided overall. pge1 is the best ingredient for erections.

for your issue, not much you can do except try a ring.....i find that if i move around some or change positions it comes back. my wife has figured out thats why i'm doing it too.

I still have a little discomfort with the trimix. It's not enough to kill the mood, but I plan to ask about adjusting the formula when the current one is gone. I should have mentioned that I am 76. According to things that I have read that may have something to do with the higher dosage.
As to the ring, I have a VED that came with 3 rings, but I can't imagine a grown man using even the largest one. I called them and found out they had one larger so I bought it (about $20) but even it is very uncomfortable. I saw an adjustable from Amazon on another post so I will give it a try.
