I just heard from my doctor's assistant and I have the Titan Touch.
I also heard from Coloplast and they are sending me the keychain.

I can feel what you guys described, the nipple in one side and the hollow on the other side but when I press nothing happens. The ereccion I had yesterday was harder than this afternoon, I am not sure if I pressed the right part. It says that once pressed, it should deflate by itself, if this correct I probably didn't pressed the right part.

It is easy to mistake the sides to the ends of the valve. The release button is very small and round. The opposite side is round and dimpled. I found it take CONSIDERABLE pressure and hold it to operate my release valve and get a good deflate. If I just push it, deflate only goes to about 4:00.
Maybe O.T.R. stands for Over The Counter like generic aspirin. Attached it a picture of the key fob embarrassing conversation starter tool so you can see what I tried to describe.

Alibaba's photos are exactly what's in my scrotum and my keychain. If you have strong hands, you just get it between thumb and forefinger and squeeze. As Shaman says, it is supposed to release with one good squeeze, but I find I have to hold the squeeze with one hand while I squeeze the penis with the other. When I do that, it goes right down, right now.

OTR is for One Touch Release.

Thank you for the replies, I keep on trying today, but I am able to try a few times because after a couple of tries it hurts and it could get inflamated.

Fallowing alibaba keychain,it appears as if I found the pads.
My question now:
We the AMS, I could get totally deflated and wit Titan it appears as if I not completely flaccid. Now i am at 4:00 o'clock and I was 3:00 o'clock before my last tryout.
The Titan doesn't deflate as much as the AMS? Is this correct?

at the 3rd day post-op I saw the results of the surgery and I panic, I thought to myself what have I done, I should have stayed with what I had, even with the pain I had when I used to pump.
I think the issue was I really thought that this being my second rodeo surgery was going to be a walk in the park and it was the opposite.

Yesterday I graduated for the second time around. Dr Carrion released me.
The day before yesterday, I was able to deflate and inflate and yesterday, I traveled 4 hours to see him, he pull a little and turned the pump around and he pumped and deflated me.

Now I have to figure a few things, when I deflate, even squeezing my penis with one hand and the other the deflate button, when I am done, there still some saline water left. I think it is saline water, it makes a noise when I try to squeeze it out, a noise similar to when you are pumping.

The other issue, the doctor wants me to put my penis in the up position for 6 months, that is a lot of time, I have to purchase more underwear.

I mentioned I was more sensitive than the first time, he said it will get better, he said better to be sensitive than numb. He said that with revision the opposite is more common.

I am very satisfied with the size and how it looks 22cm + 1 rte, he said that is a lethal weapon, joking around.

So to those that will fallow, patience, patience, do not panic. One day at a time.
This is a great group of people that will give you advice with out expecting anything in return, we all want you to succeed. We all had similar issues and we decided this was the best solution for those issues. This solution takes time, to decide, waiting , pain, worrying and resources, but at the end , for most of us, the outcome is great and for the others there is still hope.

This whole story sounds familiar to me. The nurse had me see the coloplast rep, who had me stand up and then he twisted it around so that the button faced forward instead of facing my testicle. Then he had me use fingers from my left hand to steady things so I could hold the button for 10 seconds before using that hand to squeeze out my penis.

I still can't feel the nipple or the concave side, but since the button faces forward, I don't need to.
