I had GREAT implant surgery but never had a formal activation session. I was kind of on my own to get everything going but I waited a good 6 - 8 weeks. Subsequent sessions with my urologist's PA have been wonderful and she has been a great help, so I am now in total control of the beast.
If my memory served me correctly, I had a 40 - 60% inflation when I left the procedure and walked like John Wayne.

Good news. Got activated yesterday. It worked perfectly, actually better than expected. Most importantly, wifey was happy. I am a bit sore today, was perhaps too vigorous testing my new best friend.

I definitely would not recommend what i did last night. I tried to make up for all the years i couldn't maintain an erection. It just felt so weird having this erect piece of art and then panicking or a moment thinking that he's going down and then it hits you, you are "bionic". I then went to town, leaving me very sore today, but happy. (it's still working by the way.
Moral of the story is, take it slowly, the implant is not running away

I am finally at the end of the tunnel and it is awesome.
I actually wept and thanked God the first time I saw my huge erect penis in my hand. Cos even though i had done my research and knew the surgery worked, there is no feeling like looking down and seeing the huge monster and asking "is that really mine"

I went to Dr. Kramer after 30 days for the first inflate and he advised me to wait as I still had swelling inside. I couldn't tell but did take my time and glad I did as it went very smooth the second trip and have not looked back. The hardest was learning to deflate and learned to feel the pump and then follow it up to the release button. once i got that, it worked fine. I did have hat I called "Muscle Burn" as it stretched my penis back to where it was years ago. I think using a pump did help me keep some size and made inflating a little better.

Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.
