AMS vs Coloplast questions

My Urologist showed me both types, because I preferred a more natural looking penis, I chose the AMS CX. Length was not a concern but more girth would be nice. He agreed and my AMS 700 series CX with 5.5 RTEs was implanted 10-4-2016. I'm 7.5 X 5.25 and couldn't be more pleased. You'll be fine. Keep us posted brother.

IMO....just leave the choice to you surgeon....trust him with his decision based on his expertise.....just as you trust him for his expertise in the actual surgery.

I think that the best info on Titan versus AMS is at the following video (see bottom of this post:

As the video stataes, the LGX does not lead to longer length. The maximum length is chosen by the surgeon. A 20 CM LGX is maximum 20 CM, and it shrinks down from there when flacid. So, AMS elegantly simulates the normal penis by growing in length and girth from a smaller flacid. (simulates a grower penis).

The video states that "the titan is harder in the hard state"

I was able to get from my wife, before surgery, that she prefers a hard and big girth penis. That is her preference, not all women are like that, but she said that.

Personally, I think that the 22 CM fills her out just right, I think (I hope) that a 24 CM titan would probably be too much for her.

Of course, she will never know anything bigger than my 22CM because there is NO WAY I AM LETTING ANY OF YOU 24 CM TITAN GUYS NEAR HER !!

How did you get a CX to gain in length?

My CX didn't gain in length it just filled out to my pre-opp size. I hope my girth will increase though.

I seriously hope this shuts them up. Just sorry you felt you had to do this. It's bad enough that you had to verbally assure everyone that you were being truthful about something so private, but to have to post pictures to prove your point is just asinine.. I never once doubted you.... very jealous but always thought you were truthful. I learned during 15 years in medicine that nothing is completely explainable.
