it have been 3 years going on 4 and I am so pleased with my Titan. i inflate my titan with one hand. The key is to keep your fingers on "the stalk" of the pump (along the top surface of the bulb)

This works easily, and the woman will just think you are scratching and/or stroking your balls.

(Note, I did once talk toa guy who said that his pump system was "too stiff to allow one handed operation -- so he uses two hands. Sounded like he had a tubing issue.)

I got to admit, I’m pretty sly. You have to remember to cycle your pump during the week so that the ball and release valve maintains flexibility. As long as it’s being inflated regularly you should have no problem with the one hand pump. Usually I try to urinate before intercourse and at that time I’ll give it several pumps to get a semi erection. This releases the plunger (that’s not the right word) and makes it easier to pump the last five or six times. In my opinion is all about keeping the mechanical parts flexible by cycling them regularly. As far as after intercourse, I usually can turn over and with the left hand punch the deflate button and it will go down about 40% without me having to squeeze my penis. I do wonder what she’s thinking sometimes post ejaculation as there is no discernible loss of size. This is a very bright woman with a degree from Cal Poly. Personally I think she so darn happy that she doesn’t inquire or complain. LOL. She has on occasion insinuated that I take Cialis and I told her that right now I don’t need it but I would certainly take it if I did. I am coming up to 4 months and my technique is similar. My Titan is most comfortable during the day inflated about 30% so there isn't really any crinkling. I had my implant placed 6 months into a new relationship with a beautiful woman who really knows her own sexuality. We are now inseparable.

Hey B and T...ditto on all. When my wife has had enough for the "session" she might comment..."Put that thing up". As T, I may give a few pumps before going to bed if I think the night might get romantic. There has certainly been times that the romance did not led to where i thought it might and I deflate some, and there has been times that I fall to sleep and wake up realizing I still have several pumps worth of inflation. After three full years, I suggest no harm done in the use of several pumps for antyicipation or just for show at pool or wherever.
