Need custom formula

I started with bimix and then a low dose trimix and now completed trying up to 1 ml (100 units) of the following:
PGE1- 44
Phentolamine - .55
Paparervine - 16
All of the above have been ineffective and only producing about a 50% erection which is useless (slightly better than limp) My urologist acknowledges that he's not real familiar with injections to suggest the next step so he and the compound pharmacist that I use have agreed to let me select a custom formula of my choosing.

WHAT WOULD YOU RECOMMEND

After a couple dozen injections and almost $400 in meds plus the 150 mile round trips to the pharmacist I 'm really frustrated ! Want something that will do the job . Please help !

I make no claims to be an expert on anything so nothing I say should be taken as medical or expert advice. I'm going to suggest you try an easily removable but fairly firm ring or tie at the base of your dick before injection. There are some with a quick release. (1 example of 1 type: https://www.amazon.com/Cloud-Adjustable ... KEEWYYVKR6 ). After injection give it a few minutes to work and then remove that (if desired) and put on a cock ring behind the boys. I use a Lyps brand ring set. There are many options. Make sure you are doing the actual injections properly and you are getting thru the tunica. I do massage it in a bit. I use 12 units of mono-mix at 80mg per ml.

Thanks for the suggestion but I already tried constriction at base with no luck. I've also tried message plus made sure I was injecting myself correctly (10 or 3 o clock position, 1/2 inch needle)

I'm pretty convinced that I need a stronger formula, especially as far as the PGE1 goes so that's where some good advice about what others use would be helpful. .

Well mine is mono-mix so it's 80mg per ml of alprostadil AKA PGE1. Use of the rings has allowed me to reduce from 25 units to 12 and I could probably go a little lower but for consistency I don't. I was boned out for a good 4 hours last night. Although I've considered it I haven't actually tried tri-mix. Why mess with it when what I'm doing works. I think what another poster stated elsewhere about using a constriction ring prior to injection to hold the meds in the dick longer so it has more time to work is valid. Have you had any injections performed by a professional in their office, like a Uro experienced with injections? Same result? I can generally tell when I penetrate the tunica. The plunger becomes easy to press for one but I also usually feel a little extra pain and resistance. Last night it seemed like an almost audible pop when I penetrated it. I'm using 31 gauge needles. I sympathize with your frustrations and pray you find a solution.
