Do you still shoot loads?
How does your "shooting capability" work after the implant? Can you still stand a few feet away and shoot a load at a woman's face? Or will it more like drip out?

Sadly,
No milky white. Since my RT for prostate cancer. Orgasms are dry just a little pre cum. I call it my concentrate. No messy clean up.

Implants don't have anything to do with ejaculation. Implants just make your dick hard. (I no longer have semen since my prostate was removed in 2000, but I have great orgasms anyway!)

Yes, but if the dick is too hard, I'm thinking the semen is going to be spreading all over the place?

I was able to shoot a good distance with just a half hard dick a few weeks ago, so hopefully after implant I can.

It does not shoot as far for me. If I haven't came in a couple days and or am super turned on, it will shoot nicely. Most of the time it's more of a dribble.
