I used Veet. On my balls left it on too long. It never burned but when I rubbed it off with a wash cloth. I rubbed them raw. Too 3 days to heal. Next time I won't leave it on for more than 5 minutes. Then wash off in shower with light soap.

Be careful re: the manscaping" fellas. I was in the hospital with a cellulitis infection in my leg. I was talking with the doctor who told me he is seeing more cases of Cellulitis in the "nut sack." Since mandscaping has become a fashion statement, he says guys are accidentally nicking the skin of the "nut sack." The doctor says that this can allow the cellulitis bacteria to enter the body and this is not good. it swells like a softball and burns like it is filled with acid. I had it in my leg and the burning (infection) traveled from the arch of my foot to about 2.5 inches below my knee in less than 24 hours. I was in the hospital for three days with intravenous antibiotic drip. I was released yesterday and I am still on a five cycle of oral antibiotics. This is very good information to be shared, so thanks! I remember reading somewhere that once you have an implant, you should even alert your dentist about any procedure that may be required due to an oral infection, so aggressive antibiotics regimen is put in place before and after the procedure. With this, always protecting any kind of bacteria migration.

I just use a battery clippers and use the lowest setting. I cannot imagine myself using any chemical on the scrotal or shaft area.

I tried the Nair on 1 small part because everyone was talking how good it is. Burn like hell and hurt for a few days. I am like you sticking with the clippers

I might as well chime in. Just getting some hair back after my implant surgery. I am now three weeks post op. Between the itch and the pricklies it sucks. Never liked the shaved look. Was always a "grower" so shaving made me look 10 years old. I wll agree however that neatly trimmed leaves you feeling cleaner and also results in your SO staying down there longer. So just got a new trimmer for my goatee and the old trimmer will be retired to take care of my shaft and his now three friends. And BTW, i am no longer as much of a "grower" since the implant as my flacid is considerably bigger even with the LGX. My best to all you guys.

I don't understand how you guys don't cut yourselves with razors or electric trimmers. If I get within an inch of my scrotum with any cutting device, I start to bleed. I've even drawn blood from squeezing the pump on the valve too hard.

I've only had one chemical burn from Nair, and it was my fault. I tried to do it two times in a row, which is one time too often. I got some vitamin E oil and put it on the blister and it went away.
