To be honest I didn't measure myself before the op. I think I was always about 6 and a bit inches erect and was a grower rather than a show-er.

I was more concerned about reliability and particularly so once Miss H came along. I was using Caverject once a week and Levitra in between.....both expensive and as you probably know the injections can become problematic over time so I got my implant done without expectations of having a bigger cock but hoping for reliability.

So now I have the ubiquitous 6" flaccid and about 3/4" increase when pumped up to a tad under 170mm.

All that's really important to me is how well it works and how happy H is.

Alright thanks I'm guessing you're probably somewhere around the same size then as if you were much smaller you'd probably have noticed. It may continue growing during the next 18 months or so, especially the girth I think. Glad you had a good outcome, I'm doing mine soon as well!

Yes I think I am much the same size erect as I was previous to the op which is an excellent outcome:
but I am definitely bigger deflated, it seems like 6" is the gold standard flaccid, and that is what I am.
I was done early in Feb this year and to be honest went in totally blind, I knew about this forum but rightly or wrongly didn't explore it.
My surgeon said I would see gains further down the track both length and girth-wise, but I just can't see it happening. I inflate until the pump is rock hard and 170mm is it.
Girth-wise I feel I have lost a tiny bit, my cock is a smidge flatter behind the glans and has a slightly oval shape but even that can be different depending on arousal levels.
My glans expands to normal with arousal.
Sex is pretty damned good, I do need help to ejaculate, H has to give my nads a jiggle to get me off but I think that is a combination of my age and having a relatively (11months) new partner. I feel that orgasm is shorter and very intense but still going well.
