Many of you may have seen this already but a guy on reddit posted a couple of years ago about his Titan implant. He was in an accident which damaged his dick. Here are the pictures:

Compare the girth before accident to post implant (2 years later). It is a huge difference. It is also a bit shorter than both pre-accident and pre-surgery. I wonder if the missing length is what gave him the added the girth. Either way his result is pretty great I think.

I think this is the thread that made me aware of the existence of implants. There was also another implant thread on reddit from a guy who was a teenager, I believe, and had it broken during sex... actually I think it was his first time.

He says that his post-op length is the same size as post-accident, and he states that the only shortening length that occurred was from the car accident.

I dont think missing length gave him added girth, or the appearance of added girth. I think the appearance of more girth is simply because of more girth. He said his muscle paralysis gave his penis a deformed look, and in many of his posts you can clearly see one of the corporal bodies not inflating properly... which will lessen his girth. I think his pre-op length may look longer simply because it is a thinner penis.

From his full reddit thread, there is a commentor who said he has had no issues with one night stands or short term relationships because of his implant:

"Not OP, but I had a penile implant placed when younger. I have had a few one night stands and have never told a girl on a one night stand. No body noticed anything. If she were to touch it or give a blow job, she might notice something, but with sex itself no one has noticed any difference. To pump it up, I just go to the bathroom to pee and pump it then. I dated one girl for months, never told her, and sex was great (I didn't plan on a long term relationship with her and didn't care for any gossiping). There were a couple of times she seemed slightly confused touching it but never said anything, for all she knew it was just a normal variation of how things felt. I think this man and his thread shows how beneficial a properly placed implant can be, and what it can do for a man who has no other options.
