My implant surgery was three weeks ago.

I have an AMS 700 CX which is 21 cm long X 12 MM which is 8.2 inches long yet when i inflate it i am only 4 and 3/4. Im confused as to why im so short.

The white walet sized card they gave me after surgery which shows how to use the device lists measurments of 21 cm x 12mm . Can anyone please shed some light on this? Could I potentially regain my size? I was 6 and 3/4" before.

Here is a guy who lost 2 inches right after surgery and who gained that back pretty quickly (in 5 weeks):

You're 3 weeks in, have you gained anything as of yet? Many people report gaining 1-2 inches after cycling their implant for a couple of months (maybe up to 12 months or longer in some cases).

Stretching Routine.

This works for me. Your results may be different. Stop if pain gets bad.
You will need.

1 good hour of total privacy.
2 cups of coffee (optional)
Patience and persistence. (never rush the process)

This is what worked for me.
Start with 10 good pumps. Rest 2 minutes between sessions. Play with dick every time. Squeeze and stretch gently.

10 more - erection apparent
Massage and stretch
10 more - head firm
Massage and stretch
Measure length and girth - 7X4.5 now 7X5
10 more - ready for sex but not yet
Massage and stretch
10 more - nice and stiff bulb softer
Squeezing and light stretch very important
10 more - same
Massage and stretch
10 more - getting tight

10 more - slight tug on dick 10X
Play with dick a full 2 minutes massage and stretch

A significant portion of that 21cm is buried in your pelvic bone's crus. Every man's crus structure is different dimensions, so hard to generalize, but 1/3 of the implant is said to be buried inside the man's body, leaving 2/3 in the penis for exernal length. I cannot confirm, but that is what I have read on this forum. Add to that 2/3, the amount of your glans extending past the implant tops and that would be your ultimate length of penis from pubic mound to penile meatus.

So, (doing the math) you appear to be a bit short, but only 3 weeks out, that is not unusual.

Your surgeon probably left you partially inflated. Do you know how much? 20% to 80% is yhe range I have heardm though 80% is extremely high. You appear to have some rehabilitative stretching to do. Such rehab is completely normal and should be expected to go some number of months.

I would say yes, based on the size of implant used, you do have room to grow. Try inflating it twice a day.

App. 1/3 of the 21 cm is in your body. Same applies to everyone, also to Donnie, but his dick is much longer than logically possible. Don't give up hope
