Hello everyone. This is my first post on Frank Talk. Having had a RP two years ago I am considering an implant. So far pills, pump and Muse have not helped. There is a slight sign of life in manland but nothing to get excited about. For my first question I am wondering, for those of you who have had the implant procedure, how long does it take to become fully erect? I have wondered how many actual squeezes it takes and the amount of time needed. Can this be done casually during foreplay or is it better to pump first? Thanks in advance for any insights.

For me it takes less than 60 seconds. And I pump it before I begin foreplay -- works for us!

When the implant is new, the bulb is usually difficult to squeeze, and takes a bit before it breaks in. Once it does, you can pump up in less than a minute, or even less than thirty seconds if you're quick

When you do it depends upon your relationship with your partner. If it's your wife, she might be just fine with you pumping in front of her. If it's a girlfriend or recent acquaintance, you might want to go to the bathroom to pump up and then come out and appear to get stimulated.

I pump mine a little at a time during foreplay. It's the game my wife and I play. I call it 'suck and pump'. Works for us!

Agree with all of the preceding comments.......depends on the circumstances.
I travel most days partially inflated because the hinging in my Titan can be a tiny bit annoying. It's not a big deal but it means I have a partial erection all the time.
My partner likes to begin oral with my penis a little soft and now really enjoys the sensation of me slowly squeezing a few pumps in until I am rock hard.....she says it's all part of the fun!

I would recommend beginning foreplay with several pumps in so you are partially inflated and slowly and discretely give your pump a squeeze until you have the desired stiffness.

My aim in the future is to have Miss H use the pump herself......I love it when she is in charge!!

Do most guys use two hands or one. I hold my pump with my left hand at the base and squeeze (or she does) with my right.

NO more then 15 pumps and left had keeps it from moving and right pumps. I pump up whenever as she likes to see it standing at attention. Watch videos Dr. Kramer has put on YouTube and some others will show inflation. Enjoy

LGX and CX are different. It takes me about 30-40 pumps to a good hard. I never max out. I can pump indefinitely due to relief valve in CX. That's why stretching worked for me.

for my titan touch 22cm, It is 24 pumps to really hard (almost granite like). I use one hand, and it is one pump every three seconds. So, from full flacid to full erect is 70 seconds.

NOTE, if desired, you can walk around for an hour at 12 pumps. That means that you have just 12 more pumps to go for rock hard sex ---- ie, 30 seconds of pumping during active foreplay to get in those last 12 pumps
