Question about cycling of the implant: Is it possible to pump up the implant until it's painful and starts stretching your tissue anytime you want? Specifically during the first year or so. Or is it physically impossible to get in more pumps sometimes?
I'm trying to figure out how aggressive it is possible to be when cycling. Like, if I wanted to be really aggressive and pump myself up to immense pain on a daily basis to try to maximize gains...would it be possible?

No need for immense pain. Cycling twice a day to moderate discomfort will do the trick, as long as the implant has been sized correctly.

Re: Pumping/Cycling
Even with my AMS CX, I didn't try stretching until 6 months post opp.

I don't have anything yet. Will get a Titan in August or September.

Ok, but is it possible to cycle to immense pain? Or will the pump just not work anymore at a certain level of firmness?

From what I understand, Titans max out. AMS CX will not.

I think the only difference is that the AMS will give you a shorter flaccid? That's how I've understood it. I don't think you can expand beyond what nature gave you in terms of length. Girth should be another matter however.

Re: Pumping/Cycling
With my AMS, my flaccid is 6". I will not stretch beyond my pre-opp length. Measuring correctly I'm at 7" erect. 1" more than flaccid.

Re: Pumping/Cycling
Was your pre-opp length 6 or 7? Does your glans engorge when stimulated?

Re: Pumping/Cycling
A good 7" erect. Flaccid was about 3". Flaccids are usually larger with implants. Yes glans engorge when I'm horney.
