sounds like it's all going according to schedule.....it will all unfold as you heal and heal you will.
Once you get off pain medication it really does start to improve.
Don't rush it and do exactly as your surgeon says.
In 60 days time you and your wife will be having great fun with your new bionic fun machine :)

I hope everything is ok Donnie. The pump is located in front of my right nut and it's painful. The shaft on the right side is a little numb at the base. My dick is partially inflated, I don't know exactly how much. But I can tell you it's not too long. Still very tender 7 days out. Is this normal, I have no idea. I see the doctor tomorrow.

A warm bath - even very warm - may bring blessed relief.
While prescribed opiates have their dangers, they are mighty effective in achieving their purpose of pain relief.
To address constipation, in my experience iso-osmotic laxatives like Movicol and Osmolax are effective in bulking up and softening stool, and far more gentle than traditional cramping types like senna and so on. And glycerol suppositories can also help. This is not a time for heroics in the dunny: there's no need to endure torture there. Once the bowels get moving life is so much better.
Melbourne, Oz. Radical prostatectomy & titan implant at 60. Size uncertain, but big enough to hang onto. Nah, it's huge!

Ed,
In a warm bath, gently pull your pump down. Stop if there's pain. Swelling will probably get worse. It takes time for the tenderness to go away completely. Let the Dr. Check it out. You'll be OK brother. Praying for you.

I already had a couple of bowl movements. The first one very painful, as I was constipated, and thought for sure I would pop a staple trying to push it out. But it came out in the end. :D After that painful lesson, I took the stool softener, and the next time was a breeze.

Well it was a week ago today that I got implanted. Swelling has really gone down a lot. I have an appointment at 2:15 today. I wonder if he will remove the staples today. I want to ask him if I should go back to work too. Got a numb area near base of shaft I will ask him about as well. i also want to ask him how much I'm inflated. All and all, feel good today!
